Manuel Lora-Tamayo Villacieros, was born in Valencia on August 11, 1975. He began his academic training at the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE-1), where he dedicated himself to the study of Law. His professional career led him to become a notary in 2002, establishing his first notary office in the municipality of Chelva, Valencia. After passing rigorous examinations among notaries, starting in 2004, he carried out his notarial work in the city of Valencia, and since 2009 he has continued to practice as a notary in the city of Madrid.
